SOME PECULIARITIES OF THE ALIVE-TYPE LEXEMES

IN THE EARLY NEW ENGLISH PERIOD IN COMPARISON

WITH THE MIDDLE ENGLISH PERIOD

The article is dedicated to the peculiarities of the development of state category lexemes in the Early New English period in comparison with the Middle English period. Basic changes of the lexemes during that period are studied in diachrony as well as their basic syntactic and semantic peculiarities .
